Danielle (Danyell) Thillet was born in the 1980's on Long Island, New York. Most of her happiest childhood memories involve cartoons, Nintendo, making fake radio shows on cassette, Jackson 5 records and, of course, drawing. Through the last 2 and a half tumultuous decades, Danyell (Danielle) has survived parental divorce, the flannel-shirt grunge trend, epstein barr disease, childhood-social-out-casting followed by art-school-freak-acceptance followed by post-graduation-out-casting, one rear-end car collision, the oppression of The Man, unemployment and general well-humored discontent. Danielle (Danyell) graduated from SUNY Purchase in 2006, receiving a BFA with a focus in Drawing & Painting. She is considering enrolling in a graduate program while also considering how she would pay for it. She currently resides and works in Brooklyn, New York with the love of her life.
